just want to say thank you to everyone for advice and help with bubbles.

I'm not always very good at being pushy and forward but since having my piggies i have realised i have to fight for them and not always take the word of the vets. on a couple of occasions this last year baby and Cozmo were condemned but i did fight for them and glad cause they are 2 very happy pigs and still with me.

all this with bubbles has had me at a loss and thanks to you all ,, i now know i can go and see a rodentologist with out being referred and to think how i was mislead by my old vets.

big thankyou to you kelly as i took the bull by the horn and phoned the number you gave me this morning.

bubbles weight had gone down and i knew there was no way she could be put under now for her teeth to be looked at, so i had to do something.

the guy was really nice and has told me to bring her over at 6 tonight. atleast then i will know whats wrong and know i have done my best for her.

he's all so said i could bring baby over, the love of my life, my very special needs piggie and he would look at his ears.

i feel relieved that i have someone to turn to that will understand my piggies needs.

forgot to ask him about the cost tho :-\ do you think i should go and get a bank loan ;D

thank to all of you that have given me so much advise.

Great news hun! So glad I could help and you are doing great O0

I'm not 100% sure about the cost - but I doubt it'll be high :-\

don't really care about cost as long as i get bubbles the help she needs ;) getting all nervous now in case the news won't be good.

right time to get them ready for their trip, gonna rob my sons money bottle now ;D he's got loads of notes in it ;) wish me luck

Do not worry about cost as rodentologists are not legally allowed to charge a consultation fee. They can of course charge for any medication they give you.,but they can only charge you the actuall cost of the medication and not add a bit on top as vets do. Mary

If he has rescues you may want to take along some food for them :) Or donate a bale of hay or something :)

How did it all go love?
Been wondering all weekend how little Bubbles was, sending lots of healing wheeks and piggie kisses for her and hugs for you :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

Good on you for making that call, isn't Kelly lovely to help you like that :smitten:
