The Amount Of Pellets

I'm not sure how much pellets should I be giving my 2 piggies. I've read the sticky for a balanced guinea pig diet and I'm a bit confused.
My piggies are about 5 months old and they weigh 830 and 845 grams, their weight gain has slowed a bit, now they gain 10-30g a week, before it was up to about 60g.
Should I start reducing the amount of pellets, or not yet? Right now I've been giving unlimited pellets.

I gave unlimited pellets until mine were 6months old than gradually reduced until they were down to 20g each a day, but I had to do this very gradually. The girls love their pellets!
