I don't watch the apprentice but surely 'serious' people on that show should know simple things about pets! Dear me

They were at the London pet show @Chief Guinea Pig and it showed them in the same pen.

Wait, is it not okay to have them together even just for playtime? My pigs and my bunny are let out together with hay and water. (No food for obvious reasons, seeing as they eat different kinds) then go back to separate hutches when playtime's over. They're good friends, just seemed to get along from day 1 (which originally was an accident, didn't mean to let the pigs out but they came out when the rabbit was out and were fine).

I don't think its a good idea to have them out at the same time @Magician as a kick from a rabbit could hurt a guinea very badly.

Yes I think their soft cecal faeces can be harmful if ingested, but a healthy bun should eat those right away.

They are still selling them as "pairs" in pet shops, but then you all know my feelings about pet shops!
