During bonding time with fluffy's babies. they sit on my lap and crawl all over me. Sweep wil eat/lick me and go sit on a pillow, but sooty scrambles all over me and bites my fingers. She's a sweet piggy, she climbs up my face and licks me and after tasting me, takes a bite out of me. And now whenever i had her out, she bites me!

why is she doing this? and how can i stop her?

She is probably just a bit scared. Try just sitting on the floor with her while she runs around nd let her get usedto you that way :)

Babies sometimes bite to test the waters and learn what they can and can't do. Also, something that may help would be to not feed them when they come out so they don't associate coming out with nibbling and biting. They should grow out of it though. Good luck!

Nutmeg bit me the other day and drew blood. I think i must've had something tasty on my finger! Guineas do bite. Not sure how you stop a baby, perhaps they just learn in time.

I'm sure my piggies are not rats...

Back with the daft comments?

She's not being eaten. But they are biting and piggies do that :) Not always

Are you serious or trying to be funny? Just because they're biting doesn't mean they're carnivorous, they're testing their boundaries- not trying to eat her. They should soon grow out of it. I'm not trying to be mean, but please think about what you're saying before you say it. A guinea pig will only give birth to guinea pigs, and nobody will mistake a rat for a guinea pig, tail or not.
