My 5 pairs of boys are temporarily camped out in the living room due to the hot weather. Today some of them have realised there are rivals on the other side of their towel curtains. There is a lot of towel tugging, bar chewing, rumble strutting and even a little teeth chattering going on. They are in much smaller accommodation than what they are used to so I guess a little bored and frustrated.
Have given them some mini carrot cottages to distract them but not sure its working🤣

They are so lucky to have such a fabulous set up for this weather. Cheeky boys tugging at the curtains to hurl abuse at their neighbours!
Yeh, silly lads! I like to think its all banter and bravado. Just not so keen when someone is doing the rumble wiggle dance to his neighbour and his partner gets confused and comes on all "Are you talking to Me?"
I have upgraded some of the curtains to cardboard "blinds". They seem to be enjoying shifting those out of the way now🤣

I guess that while they’re making a fuss you know that they are not suffering too much with the heat 😊
Its just 24 in the house so you're right they're not bothered by the heat at all🙂
Also Arthur had a bladder stone removed 10 days ago and is quite clearly no longer convalescing 😀 So all is good

With my lot that would be gone and shredded lol. I'd find one of them wedged between the cardboard and the grids. Rumbling isn't too bad. I have 2 trios consisting of 2 sows and 1 neutered boar. The one boar will full on bite the other through the grids (they lived ok side by side for a while). Also my one sow doesn't like the other sows. She currently lives with her daughter but I'd dread to think what would happen if she outlives her daughter and hus-boar.

At least no one has decided to scale the walls to nose on their neighbours. 😄

Oh dear - was that the heat or a reaction to all the rubbish that’s on these days?
I had started turning it off at the wall to save the annual £20 electric they say leaving it on standby uses. Then one day when I turned it on it went bang! And that was that. So that worked out well🤣

Whoops!
I’ve been doing the same and ours is an old set anyway.
It’ll probably go bang next!
