Oh lordy - I would love to meet you as well but again I'm working :( Only getting Sundays off atm and am shattered zzz
Be expecting lots of piccies though (make sure Sir Finley has a pigsitter as I may have to pignap him whilst you're out...checks trains to London ;))

Oh that's a shame Trace! Working on a Saturday should be banned let alone 6 day weeks! Will bring my camera along, and yes Sir Fin has a pigsitter - my OH so any attempts to pignap will be closely monitored ;) :)) !

Glad to hear the boys are doing ok - they're in good hands with you :)
It does sound a bit suspect with Wilson though, the bladder tone could have been lost due to his surgery :( He may regain it in a few days if it is only bruised.
Could you have a chat to the vet who did his op for advice but don't see what they can do tbh - it's the risk of infection that is the problem :(
Do you have a piece of vetbed Clare to help wick the wee ?
I can order you a piece and send it direct to you if not. I use a 12"x12" bit for convalescing piggies - keeps them much drier if they're not moving around much :...
Have to leave for work soon so please let me know - want to help this lovely boy x)

He's on vet bed... But it's not doing much for him... I'm changing it twice a day as he will sit in one place and just lie in his own mess... I need to change it more oftern I think but will need more vet bed... :) trace you don't have to get me any you donut but can you tell me where you order it from...? Ad the shop by me who stocks it is super expensive...!

I'm concerned as the vet who did the op. Didn't seem fased by this... I've put him on metacam and some septrin just incase and I'm hoping the metacam will help with some of the swelling... He's scolded one of his wounds by the looks of things... One is a bit raw... I'm just looking in to weather Sudo creme is safe to use on them etc... He needs some sort of barrier from his urine...
There doesn't seem to be alot of information on incontinence in this situation... So I'm a bit lost... Going to get a second vet opinion I think...

I've used a spot of sudocrem on my piggies as sometimes the long haired scratch themselves and it works a treat so yes, it is safe :) Dries thick and looks a mess though so try not to apply a layer on top of a layer - I use a damp flannel to remove any from the day before before applying fresh.

There's been a slight improvement... :)
Still incontinent but not quite as bad...
He's got a good apetite on him and he just ripped his hay rack off the cage... So I'm assuming he's feeling a bit better... :)

And a big big big thankyou to trace for tge wonderfully comphy vet bed... And to Rach and Lee for sending some fibre plex and Cc to keep his tummy full...

He's had lodes of cuddles... Abd we've had a chat... He's going to play nice with nutmeg... He can't wait to meet his new wifey and slave... :))

Well... All the boys are looking well... :)
Wilson is still weeing every where...
And all the boys have removed their own stitches...
But the wounds are looking clean... And everyone looks bright...
