I am now very proud to announce that I am officially the Mummy of Charlie and Marv!
Quite an amusing journey home...they were completely silent when the car was moving but thought it was great fun to shout at me every time we stopped...it was just like having the kids asking 'are we there yet?'. Got home to find them both cwtched up under the little fleece blanket in my pet carrier!
They were pretty good when getting them into their cage and did the obvious by running into their bed...a few little squeaks and mutterings later they were out and about exploring. It didn't take them long to find their food food and hay and to happily start muching away! Took them a little fruit and veg bowl which they both dived into and played tug of war with a green bean...so much for manners at the dining table eh!
I have left them to settle down and have some peace and quiet now...awwww bless them! x)
Just have to say a huge thanks to Lisa, what a fab person and such beautiful children and piggies...oh and cats and dog! I just don't know you do it hun! x

I'm so pleased they are settling in and running round your mahoosive cage! They are so energetic that they will make use of the space that's for sure.

Cant wait for some photos.

Wonderful to meet you today - you're a lady after my own heart! Animal lovers rock!
x

Lisa, just don't forget that you are more than welcome to ask me for any help you might need in the future...I might not always be able to say yes but I would really like to get involved and support your rescue!
As for 'the boys'...I think I just disturbed a massive 'let's go crazy' session...crept into the room and they were running around, like a pair of hooligans, flinging everything everywhere! Lush! x

Great news! I hope that they will settle in well and that we get to see pics soon, once they have made themselves at home!

Aww congratulations on your new little boys, hope they're settling in well and enjoying being spoilt piggies :))

Well, lets just say that they have no problem with letting me know that they're around...and they certainly recognise the sound food makes when it's put in their bowl...anyone would think they were starving!
Charlie is more confident around the cage, it takes him quite a while to run away when he thinks I'm getting too close...Marvin is much quieter but he did actually let me pick him up and have a cuddle!
