I'm thinking of keeping Rain, but they all have homes! YAY! ;D
I can't imagine why their previous owner would want to put them to sleep :'(

Re: The Bunnies Are Here!

They are beautiful! I'm gald they went to you instead of bunny heaven! Why would anyone ever want to put such sweet, things to sleep!

Re: The Bunnies Are Here!

These bunnies arn't going to there new home now, as they are boys, and she can't afford to get them neutered....so does anyone want a bunny? lol ;D

Re: The Bunnies Are Here!

What is their temperament like? are they bonded & what are their age? not asking for me.....honest!

Re: The Bunnies Are Here!

I'm not a rabbit person really but they are just lovely! :smitten:

What a difference a good bath makes! River for me please ;D

Re: The Bunnies Are Here!

Beautiful boys, well done for taking them on - how could someone even consider putting them to sleep >:(

I always preferred piggies to rabbits but then I acquired by little bunny Schmicahel. He is the most adorable little man! :smitten: He is a house rabbit and has complete run of the house! I would never keep a rabbit in a hutch or cage ever again. He still isn't as cuddly as the piggies but he follows me everywhere! :) He has so much personality! They are all equally special in their own little way! I love them all so much!

I really hope you can find a lovely home for these boys very soon.

They are really lovely! They get abit worried when you go near them, but when you pick them up, they will sit happily on your knee.
They are a group of bonded males, I am considering keeping Rain, But the other two can go to seperate homes with girls, or together!

I would love them to go to somone on the forum (either here or the rabbit one) as that way i know they will be looked after, and i can find out what they get upto in thier new home! :)

Re: The Bunnies Are Here!

I would love them but unfortunatly WAY too far away lol
I held my male bunny today and he isnt very nice as of yet... he scratched my arm to shreds! he broke the skin in one part :( The bad thing was i was cold so it hurt even more ;D... but i still love him i know he didnt mean it :)

Re: The Bunnies Are Here!

I think male bunnies have a much nicer temperament than females, but then that may just be the ones I have had! At the moment all my male piggies are being much nicer and calmer than the girls too!

Boys = 0:)

Girls = >:D

Re: The Bunnies Are Here!

hehe.. my female used to be a show bunny before i got her and she is extremely tamed and old too lol...
But stanley was free to good home and i dont think his previous owners pampered him much :( so he isnt used to people when he is outside the cage but I'm getting there :)

Apparently my bunny was almost starved to death in his first home. The family went on holiday and didn't ask anyone to care for him...just left him some food which obviously didn't last very long. He was in a dreadful state when they got back so my friends son who lived next door asked if he could have him. For a while he lived in a house full of young guys who fed him but didn't really have any time for him. My friends son then asked his mum if she knew of anyone who might want him. She immediately thought of me!

Considering his poor start in life he is so very trusting of people though. I think he follows me around everywhere as he is still scared of being left alone and he seems to panic when he hears you pick up keys to go out.

Ever since my piggy Badger has his operations, he sits next to his cage all night every night guarding him. Also whenever I go out he sits next to Badger's cage too. I have twelve cages but its always Badger he sits by. :)

He is a very special little man! :)

I am so glad I decided to give him a new start! Bunnies really make lovely pets!

Re: The Bunnies Are Here!

When I am going out I tell him I will be back soon and I kneel on the floor and he comes over and puts his little head up in the air to give me a kiss! :smitten:

He is just so lovely!

It doesn't matter where I put Badger's cage its always him he sits next to! Its so sweet!

Re: The Bunnies Are Here!

They're lovely boys - I recon you won't have a problem finding homes for these boys - are they neutered btw?

Re: The Bunnies Are Here!

Soon to be neutered, but not yet! I'm feeling really low about these bunnies, i only rescued them because hey had a 'secure' home. Then when she finds out they are boys she doesn't want them and then i ask her for her spare hutch (which she was giving away, before she heard about these bunnies) to keep them in and she told me to pay her £50 for it! the cheek! The least she could do was give me a hutch after not wanting them!

I feel so sorry for these boys :'(

Re: The Bunnies Are Here!

I'm sure they'll find a home soon, they're beautiful bunnies. Could you put an advert in your vets? I know someone who managed to rehome two rescue pigs to a really good home via the vets, she homechecked and everything

Why does she not want them now she has found out they are boys? I really think male rabbits have a far nicer temperament than females.

Rabbits are such delightful little animals. I am sure you will find them lovely homes soon!

Re: The Bunnies Are Here!
