So Latte is our little wild child, and she's always flipped her bendy bridge periodically; it's tunnel, half toy. Recently, though, she's discovered another format for it: boat! 'Wall' (up on end) is not a preferred format, but 'boat' (completely upside down) she'll happily sleep in sometimes. She's not our first piggy to flip hides, but most didn't seem to like the results, and she seems relatively content with it, so I'm trying to decide whether I should be adding something to her cage.
Is it the novelty of the upside down that makes the 'boat' into a lounge? Or should I be getting her a boat bridge to go with her tunnel bridge. Or a wood block that would just be a platform fill the same role just as well? Though it wouldn't have the sides, so that might be less appealing than the 'boat.' I wish I could ask her, but my guinea pig isn't very fluent. I hate to add obstacles to her zoomie zone or impede the fun of flipping the bridge, but if she wants a 'boat' in addition to a tunnel, she should get one ...

she will only keep putting it back as she wants it. When she gets bored of flipping it over you could give her something new.
