for humans! Knocked the girls bottle off their cage from tummy height whilst cleaning.. Burst my toe open and broke it!

Poor you @Adelle I smashed one on the day of the Birmingham meet and hurt my foot too (but not a patch on yours). You are having no luck!
 
I'll pop over with an ice pack of that helps ? Only it might melt by the time I arrive :roll:
 
Awwww that's gotta hurt! I chopped the top of my finger off the other day doing their veg! Thought I was going to puke it didn't stop bleeding for a day! The funny thing is I walked in the living room with a tea towel wrapped around it, hubby looked and asked what I had done, told him and he said "oh, I think I've got a zit coming" I'm bleeding to death but never mind :whistle:

Yikes! And typical man! I'm sure if it was his finger, the ambulance would have already been called!

Oh wow. I would be at the edge of fainting :lol!:
Fingers do bleed a lot though, even if it's nothing (not saying that was nothing!). Teddy bit me once on the top of my thumb thinking it was part of the bell pepper I was feeding him and there was instantly a river of blood through my thumb!

@Adelle dont I know it!

@Teddybear22 I put quite a few plasters on it to go to sleep but couldnt think I might have put them on to tight my finger was throbbing!! So I went downstairs took them off and no word of a lie my finger was like a volcano exploded everywhere :vom: (sorry to anybody eating right now :D )
 
Ouch that sounds sore. Hope you are feeling better soon :nod:. I broke my index finger in April and it's still not right. :doh:
 
Ouch! You need to complete a risk assessment before you clean their cage again :))
 
Its genuinely really sore! And bruised pretty impressively!

I really should've put a "toe/feet" warning on this thread :eek::D

Ow - it looks extremely painful Adelle.
