Sarah from Chucklebunnies
Adult Guinea Pig
First of all I would like to say that the famous four are lovely lads who didn't mind being caught and handled at all. Which is a good thing because they were just subjected to forcible cuddling as well as having their ears, feet and fur inspected!
Toby first, quiet but did get comfortable after a bit.

Then Nugget, who got very comfortable and stuck his back feet right out.

Then Teddy, who was shy to begin with, but regained his voice and started to investigate my lap after the inspection finished.

Finally Noonoo who didn't want to be caught, didn't want his ears looking at, didn't want to be cuddled and then didn't want the cuddles to stop....some piggies just can't be pleased!

They are all getting a lot more relaxed about me, getting noisier, more rumble strutting and chasing and generally more fun being had now. I had to use the flash as the daylight has run out, but none of them got stressed. I can tell a stressed piggy as I do photograph them for Chucklebunnies. (Noonoo really doesn't like me putting my feet into their run - that really stressed him out so I will avoid it now)
The grass was too wet to go out, but they did get dandelions. They are starting to expect treats when I come in, but still make for cover at first. It is all going well for now.
