The fungal infection might be back?

Hello everyone,
My piggy had fungal infection on his ear nearly two years ago. Today I've noticed similar white-ish dots on his ear, so I thought the infection might be back, or maybe it's something else. I'll add a picture here because I'd like to hear what do you think

Looks like the start possibly. Vets visit for some cream will sort that relatively quickly
