the girls are PILING it on!

So ive done my weekly weigh in of the girls tonight...well, its actually been 9 days but hay ho!
Anyway I'm doing this as i have concerns my 3 newbees are pg

So in the last 9 days, Lilly has piled on 81g (and she's my "little lilly" ),
Dolly = 93g (WTF?!)?/
Penelope = 83g (she's always been the bigger of the 3 though) (they are all 9/10 weeks old btw)

AND my Cleopatra - whom ive taken to calling "fatty boom boom" ")
has managed a massive 88g this week!?/

Now, I'm not over feeding them, but my god! I cant really tell that they are getting "round", because of their fur length and types, and as I'm completely novice to all I'm not sure if their tummies are fuller looking than they should be. what do you all think?!inbreeding

If they're all 9 to 10 weeks then they're still young and need to be putting on weight. I'm not sure if that's a huge weight gain, but it sounds fine to me. Keep monitoring them, and also keep cuddling them and watching them walk. If they move nicely and easily, with no tummies on the floor (!), then they should be fine.

I love the way you are keeping an eye on the weight gain, but really they should be putting it on at this stage in their lives. Isn't it wonderful watching them grow!

It is pretty much, but not unusual when piggies from a bad/just about adequate background finally settle in and are just enjoying the perks of being spoiled pets!
