Oh bless, any pigtures? Id love to let their hair grow out long and have it be gorgeous and flowing but its a pain in the bottom for me and for them. It tangles around their back legs and gets knotted and stinks..

Oh goodness no, it was 1990! Before the days of digital. Yes, they do need a trim, to stop getting smelly, I used to do mine after a bath, much easier to cut. But don't worry, it is not a style award!
