the guniea pig hair

What do you mean super sensitive hair. Are you allergic? Are they allergic? Is it everywhere and looks like its snowing when you pick your white one up (thats my problem)
 
As above please explain what you mean by super sensitive hair. We need more details and preferably photos. If your piggy has bald patches you’ll need to get them to the vet.
 
They don’t really like having their hair pushed in the wrong direction. And I don’t think she hates you. Actually being comfy enough to let you know what she doesn’t like is a really good thing.

Does she live alone? If so they really need company of their own kind. If you’re planning to get her a friend soon then that will be good.
 
Although if she really seems to be in pain it may be worth having her checked over by a vet to rule out a medical reason like parasites.
Certain types of mites (which can't always be seen with the naked eye) can cause piggies a lot of pain and irritation on their skin.
