The herd effect!

Has anyone else found that there is a "herd effect" where adding one extra piggy creates far more mess, far more chaotic fun, and needs far more hay and food, as the previous herd and lone piggy did seperately?
I am loving my herd of 6 but for some reason everypig is twice as busy and messy and hungry as when there was a herd of 5 on Tuesday! New piggy Blodwen says its nothing to do with her as she popcorns up and down tipping a bowl of porridge oats upside down on the fleece then weeing on the mess... she's the little shy piggy who hid from everything all through her ringworm quarantine. And can she have some more hay please? And can her friend Puggle have some more hay too? And Aunty Jezzy floof? And is there a veggie snack? And some more oats as these are all covered in wee and stuck to the fleece now?
I've ordered a 3x2 cage extension though how I will fit it in the piggy room is yet to be decided... I probably dont really need any hooman furniture in there, right?
 
Yeah, when we went up to a herd of four it was pure chaos at times! We are at two at moment for the foreseeable and it is a completely different dynamic
 
Blodwen pig has groomed and fluffed up her fur and is strutting her tiny little lilac bottom all over the place giving me cheeky little pink eyed looks! Not sure how such a tiny lilac bottom can halve the time needed for a full cage clean but if we add an extra 6 square feet of cage space that should help :)
 
We have a short saying that’s similar to appearances can be deceptive 😁 Good she’s settled in so well with the others. So Puggle wasn’t jealous then? How did Theo react when she moved in?
 
Blodwen and Puggle are best friends, and they are both ignoring Theo. He's made a few attempts to get Blod cornered but she's just too slim and fast and sprints straight past his hefty chubster boar bulk! No idea what will happen when Blod comes into season, it will be interesting!
 
Puggle is ignoring Theo?! Thought they were the hottest couple in town! Maybe she’ll revert when she sees her best friend trying to steal her husbandf
 
I think Theo has messed things up again with following his manly urges and ignoring Puggle for 4 weeks when he could smell Blodwen in the house... then that Benny Hill style chase scene where he tried round all the ladies up into a box on wednesday has sealed his fate... Theo is ranking bottom in the herd and having to sleep in the wooden kitchen shed hidey on his own this week... he's in the naughty boar house again :)
