Now that the little herd has settled in nicely together I thought I’d introduce a carrot cottage for their entertainment. Boo made her way inside straight away to start internal demolition while the others worked valiantly on the outside.

It’s been moving around the cage a fair amount - I don’t fancy its chances overnight. Someone is bound to topple it over & then use pee to soften it. They are all enjoying it.

I'm tempted to give the goblins one of the cottages they bought when I wasn't looking, since I don't really want to sleep tonight and might as well keep them entertained along with it, lol.

3.30am I awoke to loud scraping noises. Initially thought we were being burgled. Came downstairs putting lights on and making lots of noise only to find Hazel on top of the carrot cottage scraping away at the roof. Noisy beasts. Carrot cottage survives into day 2.

Day 2. Boris is trying to get a bit of shut eye but Iris keeps gnawing on the walls.
