Well it’s been a tough time for one thing and another and as some of you know Jack was indeed quite a personality. On the one night a week when I work away from home my poor boy passed away.
Jack has an amazing innings, came to me with one eye. His first love was Flossie and adored her not getting over her. His second wives were quite an excitement for him and he enjoyed them too!
But sadly his time came when I wasn’t there in his final hours.
There’s always that one true pig you will never forget or get over, Jack was the one.

Oh Lil my heart dropped when I saw The Captain had crossed the Rainbow Bridge. My immediate reaction was "Oh No!" Maybe Jack waited until your one night away cos he knew you'd be upset if you saw him running to The Bridge. My heart goes out to you Jack was one very special boy.
 
Sorry for your loss😣. I loved the photo for the actual photos, i didnt realise it was a rainbow bridge post. Sorry.

I also lost an old boar of 6 years when i was late back from work one day and i found he had passed away. I was gutted

I am so very sorry for your loss.
He was such a special boy and I always enjoyed reading about him on the forum.
He had the best life with you and will leave a huge hole.
Be gentle with yourself as you grieve

I am so very sorry to hear you have lost your beloved Captain Jack. The Captain was such a lovely piggy and character I am sure he knew how much he was loved. Sending you hugs.
