The little things to make you smile :) (May contain piggie lips and chooken legs)

Sorry for posting again in such a short time- I can't stop taking pigtures!

After having kept guinea pigs for 6 years, there are still lots of things that never fail to make me smile. I had Rosie and Georgie first then when Georgie went to rainbow bridge Rosie was left on her own for 2 years as we didn't know about guinea pig rescues until recently. If only we had known, we could have found Rosie a friend much earlier.

But since picking up Ruby just one week ago, Rosie is a changed piggie. She is always in the food bowl and doesn't scarper any more when you come up to her hutch.

Both girlies have been weighed today:
Rosie is 770g ( She has always been tiny)
Ruby is 1052g @ 5 months old (She's a little chunky chicken )

Ruby:If I just sneak round, I may just be able to grab it!

Ruby:Look at me! I can chooken leg and eat dandelions at the same time

Just chillin'! I think Ruby wants to challenge Dottie for her chooken legs title!

Awww! A youngster can bring amazing changes to an older lonely piggie. Wally Whiskers ( r.i.p) was a different pig after we got Rocket to keep him company when Mr M passed over the bridge. He really did come out of his shell. So glad your girls are enjoying each other's company.
