No manhandling at the vets for Jaspy today as my Covid test results aren’t back! So some mummy manhandling (with added dandelions and veggies) instead

He’s so angelic when he’s having a comb, he absolutely loves it and likes to hold my hand

But Cleo never impressed when I pinch her bloke so sits waiting (impatiently) shouting her head off until he’s released!

Lump still not grown thank goodness, but hopefully we get in as quickly when I book his next appt!

My gorgeous fuzzy sausage (as I like to call him ) had his vet trip today, not long been home.
Yay, no ops for Jaspy! Just a little skin cyst like I thought and can be left well alone, unless it grows and bothers him etc.
I also asked how old she thinks he may be as he’s obviously a bit bonier round his back end and nails curlier (only on one paw!) now compared to when she last saw him. And like Lolo (who I was told was 1-2 when I rehomed her last year and turns out she’s more like 4-5), Kim thinks Jasper’s more likely to be 4+ rather than the 3 he was supposed to be! So at least a 3 year age gap for him and Cleo, not that you’d guess sometimes my lovely little popcorning Fuzzybum!
Tummy and heart sounding great and other than being a bit bony and older he looks fab so very pleased!

Was worried about dragging Cleo out in the cold as she’s had a snotty weekend and been on her bisolven and metacam but she’s fine thankfully bless her. First metacam for over 6 weeks, her longest yet! So very pleased about that too and hopefully an even longer gap next time (or just never again would be nice Cleo! )!

Thanks, yes I’m chuffed! Two lumpy bumpy boys but feel very lucky that both can be left well alone for now! Well by the vets anyway, I will continue to prod and poke
He’s back up to his 1200g now too after starting our no-pellet diet and losing a little, so good all round! Kim said she was expecting him to weigh more, he looks like such a chunk!
