awwwww it sounds cute and funny :)

Squeak waits for her tea everyday outside by the wire mesh, and this one day she heard the key go in the back door as I came out and jumped up and started running around jumping up and down and sqeaking her head off - until she got a little bit 'too' carried away and missed the hole for the bedroom and jumped straight into the wall! Bless her! :smitten: :smitten:

aww. My lot are always daft and make me laugh! ;)

JoJo, just having to look at you and go 'wheek wheek!' for attention!

Be prepared, I have a rescue so I have a lot of stories!

My Dad brought a guinea pig to me from a local animal shelter and has laid claim on him. His name is Marvin and in the morning they always get new piles of hay and fresh veggies, so he comes to the door and wheeks as soon as he sees you. If you open the door he'll stick his head out and take whatever you have in your hand away.

One pregnant one that we have, Tina, was housed with Bogo and they were always in the pigloo, were almost never seen out of it, and were both very skittish. Well, Bogo isn't her roommate anymore, Neg is. For some reason, Tina has changed completely. She is out all of the time, popcorns a bunch (which is funny to see with her belly ;D), and wheeks when she thinks you have something for her!

We once has two guinea pigs, Seno and Tiddles. Seno was about a year old and Tiddles was a couple of months old. Tiddles was the boss, no questions asked. One time Tiddles was chewing on some kale and Seno came over to get some. Tiddles took the kale, hit Seno with it, and then went in the pigloo with it and wouldn't let him in! Seno was like "alright, whatever." but it was hilarious to watch!

That's all!. We did have one guinea pig that used to throw food if he wanted attention though. OK, now I'm really done. ;D

I was cleaning clover's cage yesterday and put her down in the hallway for a run around. I'd finished and just prepared her veggies & i crouched down to her to give her a stroke. I think she must have smelled the veggies on my hands, because she ran from side to side (like an excited puppy), ran off down the hallway & stopped next to her cage and let out this huge *WHEAAAK* (normally they are quite reserved Little squeaks). I think she must have been extra hungry yesterday :D

Gus regularly runs laps around his cage popcorning, only he gets a bit carried away occaisionally and ends up popcorning into the walls. It's hilarious. He also comes and begs on his hind legs for food if I sit on my bed next to their cage. Jack dosn't really do anything funny most of the time, although he has done so many popcorns all at once that he's fallen over when he's feeling extra excited about floor time.

Nat your time will come when you have baby piggys around again, talking of funny today tiger deceided to let me know he had a cyst on his rump by biting into it, ugh, pus and blood every, he had a bath in hibiscrub to get it all off and I cut his hair dramatically, to get to it, so he is now on baytril ( good old baytril) and i syringed the rest of the gunk out and cleaned it with cotton buds etc then used wound powder on it, little sod, good thing i was in there when he did it, it freaked him out he was running about like a loon that he is, hopefully he will be fine by thursday or poor mum will be on ward duty for the invalids, I've never had a pig bite into a cyst before, disgusting :o

I gave master Duke the big clean out yesterday and he was playing in the workshop watching what i was doing and then running around the hay the box with his pooey stuff in it having a wonderful time. I then decided to give him a surprise we have a little door way that i'd closed over so he couldn't get out cause of him always being ill and i need to supervise. Well i lay down old sheets so he could come in and out in comfort whilst i was preparing the sheets mister inquistive came over proceeded to sniff around then leapt into the house via the door way do a big huge pee on his nice clean towels then strutted out and went back over to his towel on the work shop floor ::)
Don't you just love them :smitten:

Putting baby pigs in with my old placid neutered boar who's terrified of everything especially his wife Sylvie. I have had Spud for nearly 6 months now & never seen him popcorn. When I decided to give it a try with them Spud did his usual crouch down & look petrified, but when he realised it was a baby pig after about 10 seconds he did the biggest popcorn from stand still I have ever seen I could have wept! He proceeded to lick the babies all over then he put his chin on the floor & they started to lick him all over his face. This was topped off by about 10 consecutive popcorns, I just melted because I would have never ever thought of him even knowing popcorns even existed he obviously has had contact with babies in his past homes :smitten: We have one particularly stroppy baby who he now walks backwards away from to avoid any confrontation, he is about 4 times bigger than her- wuss!
