The mystery of Loki's bald back!

So I've treated Loki for both Fungal and Mange over the past few months ( though I stopped treatment after Christmas ) and yet his back remains bald!
Its clearly not a fungal or mange issue as it would have spread across his whole body..

He's either pulling them out himself, as there are still strands of hair in places... or he has a guinea form of Alopecia :/
