The needy piggie owner update!

Hello gorgeous people!
Well we've now had Brian and Ted for about 8 weeks now and I'm just besotted with them! I just love watching them eat, is that like a thing?! I mean I just video them eating
I wish I could say they felt the same
But I think they're pretty happy, they take food from our hands and I love seeing them popcorn in their run outside.
I've come to realise that guinea pigs are not about cuddling and stroking (although it's very hard to explain to my little girls, bless them) but they are such little characters
And thank you TGPF, you are a wealth of knowledge and have the most wonderful, non judgemental, guinea pig loving people x

Watching them is a thing. If I’m sitting in the dining (usually while cooking) I like to just sit there and watch them. Or when I top up their hay before bedtime I watch them for a minute as they joyfully munch on it. Makes me happy. And the kids watch them while eating breakfast

I love just watching my herd too, I could watch them for hours!
I’m constantly saying to my boyfriend “Look at Patrick”..”Aww look at what olives doing”...”quick look how cute they all look”

I love the way Betsy and Dennis stand on their hind legs with their front paws on the mesh on the door of the hutch that I open very carefully and their heads are in the food bowl before it goes in the hutch.

It’s relaxing, gives so much happiness and no side effects ( unless you count an empty purse as a side effect)
