Teenage Guinea Pig
I've not posted much on my piggies in a while. So, here is an update / Little Monster picture thread! I have rehomed all my other piggies. I am in the works to move half way across the country for school, so it just had to be done for finding a place to live and for a much easier move. They all went to my best friend's (who I happen to be moving with) family, so I know they'll be loved and cared for and won't end up in a neglectful, icky home. I also will get pictures every once in a while, so will be nice to see, since they all were very special to me! I made the decision to keep only Little Monster. Little Monster has always been a very shy, independent female. Even with her sister, she wasn't too keen on having other piggies with her. So yes, she is a lone piggie now, and before it's thought I'm cruel for taking her away from the group and keeping her alone, she's really burst in personality and confidence now that she's alone! She's louder and more curious than I've ever seen her! Before she was very reserved. It's a pleasant surprise and I feel bad I didn't put her on her own earlier! My females got along and never fought, sometimes just had the hay or veggie brawl....and by that I mean, pulling on both ends of the same nummy when there was plenty more laying in the bowl...but now I see she would have been even happier alone ages ago even if there wasn't any serious complications shown in living.
Now to the pictures! I know her nails are a bit long. I worry with hers as she gets stressed with nail clipping easily, so I don't want to get the qwik, and so I don't always have them as short as they should be.
