I can't find the thread about The Pet Hut so I have started another!
The store in Glenrothes has opened in the Saltire Centre.
The small pet section isn't great. There is a lot of woodshavings and hay but the hay is bad quality.
There are a lot of 'naturals' brand treats. Unfortunately most contain seeds and are recommended for rabbits and guinea pigs.
I did buy something called hearts to use as a training treat but they contain 3% alfalfa. Definitely won't be used very often. I also got 'Harvest Festival' - dried herbs and grasses. Not sure why I bothered with this as the boys normally get fresh herbs and they turned their noses up at it as expected
At least they don't sell pets! Maybe in the future the things they sell will improve.
