I was just walking one of my dogs when i saw about 20 short pipes, one was beside it and there was no fence or sign so i just took it!
it's perfect! It's about a metre long and the right size for even the fattiest pigs to get through!

What are the piggies turning me into!

:D :D

I look at grass in some peoples gardens and plan SAS type raids in my mind :D

i wondered what this thread was going to be about ::)
ahhhhh anything for our little darlings eh.
Well if people leave things just lying around, .... ::) ::)

what you need is 4 inch diameter minimum for your standard guinea put a request on freecycle everyso often got some nice brown pipes for the guineas and some smaller pipes to fix the pipes on the shed drains!
Got given a kilo of apples by the grocer when i told them the carrots where for the guineas! 0:)
i'm eyeing up next doors veg patch >:D

I even look at the neighbours garden and think they have got Dandilion leaves, maybe I could nick them! LOL

LOL oh thank god i'm not the only one who thinks like this. My mum told me about a farm that has finished cutting their hay down and just left bits lying around, I have been so tempted to go in at night and nick the bits they don't want but won't do it as i'm too honest.

I would love it if someone left stuff lying around I could use for my guineas. I have got some nice sized banana boxes that my very kind greengrocer has given me so I will be turning them into something for the boys to play in indoors I reckon.

Also my sister came round last night with her old cat scratching post which is almost as high as me so around 4-5 foot high. I am going to give it a scrub down and see if the guineas will want to run around it (I will lie it down of couse first) as there is a little tunnel they can run through.

It's all good fun x

Haha thats very funny... I do something similar. If I am in the supermarket and I see bits of veg lying about that has come out of a pack (random cabbage leaves etc) I put them in my trolley for the piggies and hope no one notices! They prob think I am some crazy woman putting all the rubbish in my trolley! ;D

I'm both slightly shocked and impressed! Don't think I'd dare do that myself, I'd probably get asked what I was doing, but a good idea. No-one else will want them so you might as well have them! :D

Yeah, no one cares. Who's going to want the odd leaf lying around? lol

My mum started me off on this ages ago when she used to have birds and she used to come home with odd bits of cabbage she'd found that had fallen out of the packets etc... At first I thought she was crazy but actually... she has a point! ;D 98) :smitten:

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D God at least I am not the only one who does daft things for my piggies.

;D ;D ;D

I hope so! My 5 mins of fame .... "A woman has been arrested for stealing odd bits of vegetables from her local morrisons... " ;D 98) 98)
