The Pigs had a great day today!

What a change in weather, eh? I was working from home today so the Pigs went out in their runs at 9am and went to bed at 10pm - thirteen hours of munching! Phew! It's a good job we had all that rain before this heatwave, otherwise we'd have no grass left!

I love seeing them chillin' out in their runs, and I hope to get some pictures tomorrow Happy faces all round!

How's everyone else's piggies enjoying this fine weather?

I've been at work all day, so my poor piggies have been in their hutch I do feel bad but we only got them on monday, so haven't had time to get a run.

My pigs loive being out on the grass, but over the last few days they've had a maximum of 1hr 30mins outside - even with ice cold water bottles, fully shaded runs and wet towels/ice pods to lie on - i find if it's too hot for me to sit out in, then it would be too much for my babies :p

1hr 30mins has been more than enough time for them to stuff their faces - when ive bought them in, the first thing they've all done is sprawl out and sleep, sleep, sleep

My one boar (Homer) has had full run of the garden every evening (after 6pm) - he's loving the cool weather
