Inspired by The Stripey-Nose Club. I thought I'd start The Stripey-Butt Club! Your piggie qualifies to join the club if they have an awesome stripe on their floofy butt. Doesn't matter which direction the stripe goes in.

If you wish to make your piggie an official member of The Stripey-Butt Club, you must fill out this form:

What is your piggie's name?
How old is your piggie?
When did you bring your piggie home?
What made you choose your piggie?
What makes your piggie special, apart from their stripey butt?
And lastly, you MUST post a photo of their stripey butt.

The first official member, and founder of The Stripey Butt Club is Acorn!
Acorn is 10 weeks old. I brought Acorn home on the 4th of June. I chose Acorn (Originally Flora) and Willow because I thought they were both absolutely adorable and I loved their unique markings. I also thought they were sisters..turns out they're brothers! I'm not sure what makes Acorn special yet, I've only known him for a week :P Here is a photo of his stripey butt:34962329_1701994026582298_8330249728138674176_n.webp

I think it is quite rare to be honest! stripes on the faces are much more common!

Errol has a stripe on his side but I think it's too far forward to count!

Acorn is indeed special. We have had nine piggies and none with a stripey butt...

Glad to see some more :drool: members! Great suggestion on a club @FurryBabyMama
 
Mavis (on the right) would like to apply for membership of the Stripey-butt Club. I will try and get a better photo - this one is from the day she came to live with us. We also think the zigzag white marking on her nose looks like the scar Harry Potter recieved from Voldemort.

Mavis is around 18 months old and has been with us since the start of May (along with Peggy). We saw them here on the GPF in the re-homing forum and fell in love. Mavis is special because she didn't have a great start in life (part of a rescue of 160 GPs in Gosport) but is becoming a very cuddly guinea pig who likes nothing better than sitting on your lap and being fed veggies (or any sort of food!)00000IMG_00000_BURST20180505234741_COVER.webp
 
So this is Delilah :) She is 11 months or so, I brought her home towards the end of September at about 8 weeks old. I chose her because she was quite scared looking, huddled in the corner while the other piggy I got with her (Daisy) was belting around the place, annoying the other pigs, she was also crested and looked like she might end up longhaired as she got older and I have a bit of a soft spot for those, although she ended up just growing long ear tufts and fluffy pants! What makes her special is how chilled and friendly she is, loves a cuddle (that bit round, shiny bum is a plus also! :lol!:)

Theo's special stripey bottom will be applying to join later on after he comes in from his hutch when the girls he's not allowed to meet yet have gone to bed :) he's worth waiting for!
 
Love this idea.
Merab expressed an interest but I had to explain that a white stripe that actually covers her entire body apart from her nose doesn’t count.
Looking forward to lots of pics of stripes bums
 
Here are pics of Theo from the front... Theo from the side... and Theo from his stripey behind! We didnt take a belly side photo yet though his stripey pants are most dazzling from that angle :)

Forgot to say: Theo is almost 15 weeks old, we've had him for 5 wonderful days, his previous owner didnt want him anymore after only 5 weeks so advertised him in the free ads, he will hopefully meet our 2 beautiful princess piggies who are waiting to marry him after his quarantine and operation, but currently he thinks either he's human or we are guinea pigs and he grooms us and talks guinea pig talk to us and today he offered me a special fresh poo which is a very big compliment in guinea pig language :)

Yeah he has a knack of looking like that often.
Meant to say Rodney is bout 18 months old. We got him from adoption centre last year and they thought he was bout year old then. What makes him so special is he was a she when we got him. His name was Millie & he was aparently adopted out as he was getting too aggressive. I think it was just that they didnt know he was a he and he was getting fruity as he defo likes the ladies. But he is the softest wee soul I have ever come across and we just love him. Rusty is approx. 10 months old, we brought him home at the beginning of November 2017 as a friend for Bracken who had lost his cage mate to kidney stones. I chose him at a pet shop after being on the waiting list at two rescues for several weeks. I didn't really want another piggie at that time but Bracken stopped eating properly and was lonely so I needed to act quickly. Rusty is very special as he just fitted in with Uncle Bracken and seems to have forgiven me for not being able to give him much attention or love in the beginning because I was very shocked at Willow's sudden loss. He has a very adorable nature, he just gets on with life without fuss.

Does this count as a stripey butt? Spike aged 3.5 years, the piggy that started me off as a slave again after a break of 6 years. Spike really want's to the join the club but I've told him this is a patch not a stripe!

After much persuasion timid Meg has finally plucked up the courage to ask if she can join the Stripey Butt Club please. She won't cause any bother in the club house and will just sit quietly in the corner and only speak when spoken to. She didn't think that she could join the club cos she only has a go faster stripe. I told her that it was a very fetching gold go faster stripe and she should apply. She needs to make more friends to give her a bit of oomph! She hasn't got any oomph! and very much needs some.
