Today's find: A piggy happily munching away during cage clean!

DSCN7407_2765.webp

Hub had dumped the nearly empty 10 kg bag when refilling our distribution box in a way that the bag opening was down on the floor. Enter Lleian 'Smew' in exploring mode who sniffed it out and happily disappeared until the bag started moving drunkenly and making funny crackling noises.

At least for once I had a captive audience to transport back to the newly made up cage and didn't have to try and pick up a drop of mercury with sharp life long baby nails with bare hands that I had carefully manoeuvred into a corner...

Life with guinea pigs is never boring.

Was she still hungry afterwards?

Mainly, I heard it first and couldn't spot Llinos, so it was not exactly difficult to put the two together! It's the not the first piggy break and enter of a bag of some sort in all the years I've lived with piggies. :D

I remember finding your dear Esme had found her way in to a bag of salad that I’d once accidentally left on the settee while they were out 😂
