The Very Lovely Lexi is now being cheeky at The Rainbow Bridge

I've just been in the garage to get the piggies up and found Lexi in her forever sleep. I can't believe it! She was her usual sassy gorgeous self yesterday. Asking for food and just being .... well Lexi. I am distraught. She had only just turned 4.

Lexi was a strictly hands off piggy who was only handled when necessary. Despite this, she was a lovely friendly girl who was always came to say hello and to see if there was any bits of food going. Her favourite things were hay and hideys. She adored peaflakes and had 3 every evening along with 3 apple chunks and then a bowlful of forage.

Goodbye my gorgeous girl and have fun at the Rainbow Bridge

So sorry that Lexi has unexpectedly moved on to rainbow world 🌈 She had obviously worked hard at her slave training and enjoyed life to the piggy max ❤️
 
Oh my goodness. What a dreadful shock for you and Thea. It’s sounds like a gentle, peaceful passing at home, which in many ways is what we wish for our piggies, but it’s certainly harder for us when it happens this way so suddenly and when they are still young. Oh no, I am so sorry. Try to take some comfort in that she didn't have a long drawn out illness and that she was her usual happy self up until the end x

So very sorry to read this sad news. What a shock for you but it sounds like Lexi left peacefully for the rainbow bridge with her friends around her. I would choose that for any of my piggies. Sending a big hug. :hug:

Lexi was lucky to have found the best forever home a piggy could hope for.
It’s so much harder when death comes out of the blue like this and we have no time to prepare ourselves.

I’m so sorry for your loss. What a shock it must have been to find her in her forever sleep. I am sure she had a great many todays with you and enjoyed the hands off love you showed her. Take care of yourself.
