i want my piggys to be checked my the vet offten ,but do vets normaly give them a check up evey so offten, and should i get my mum to phone up and regerster them?
I have only had them 1 week and 5 days but they seem healthy i chech their fur and teath a regulary .x)

It might be useful to register them with your vet, even though most vets will treat animals that have not been registered yet.

I would make your own check ups, ring them, but please get some more advice before you do this! as i could be wrong!

Check which vets in your area are best with guinea pigs. It's better to do this now rather than wait until you need a vet urgently. Some vet's knowledge of guinea pigs isn't too great but others are very good.

do some research to find a vet near you that is guinea pig savy i only take my guinea pigs to the vet if they are unwell as it is expensive as they charge for an exotic animal consultation fee so i check them over myself and trim there nails
