Teddy is moving in with the girls today! I'm so excited!:(|)

My sister and her husband are coming over this afternoon to help me build the new cage and he will finally be able to move in!
Its seems like its been ages since his op and the poor love as been on his own for nearly 6 weeks after his cage mate went over the Rainbow bridge.
The bonding in the run has got so much better, so i'm hoping for a smooth transition. Will make sure to get some pics later! :))
 
Well the cage is built and the piggies are in and happy! xx>>>

It took a while to get the cage up, we went with a 5x2 in the end which is massive! I wanted to do 4x3 but the plastic wasn't wide enough. I tell you what it wasn't as easy as I thought and I certainly couldn't do it on my own. So hats off to those who have done it on their own! :)

It's so uplifting seeing the pigs happy and exploring their new home, and the fact they have so much more space! The three are getting on really well, I'm so glad I did the bonding in the run first and that I persevered :)

Beautiful x), I think the pigture of Thelma chilling should be your Avator! :).

I'm glad all is well and if you ever see my threads about C & C I'm forever going on about how it is the most annoying thing in this world... but worth it when its up :))!

I think I'll change it to that :)

We were scratching our heads many times, and the plastic...grrr that was not fun! Plus we didnt have enough connectors. But so worth it in the end The pigs have spent most of the evening roaming about munching hay, and talking to each other, its now gone very quiet and they're all flaked out! :))

:))... Did you use cable ties? I spent alot of my time cursing everything last time :)).
 
Yeah we used cable ties for the top, when we put the last connector on, the grid wouldn't sit straight! A bit of it was raised off the ground. So we decided to turn it upside down which helped a bit. I would have seriously given up if i had been on my own! My sis is a construction engineer so was perfect for the job! :))
