I have an earlier accidental litter, the two females are seperated from the males. The females seem to use their water bottle and drink just fine. However, the male, Dexter, doesn't seem to drink very much. I mean, he drank about 1/2 cm worth of water in a span of I'd say three days (he has an 8ounce water bottle attached to his cage).

He's four and a half weeks old, if this helps. What can it be? Will he improve? Is he just not thirsty? Is this something I should consult a vet over ASAP? He is eating all varieties of food (hay, pellets, veggies & small amounts of fruit) with no problems at all.

Hmm not sure, I am sure someone more experienced will come along in a few hours, but all the same, he should be drinking. Have you checked the bottle to see if the ball is stuck? This has happened to me before, and the boys couldn't get the water. Maybe he doesn't know how to use it? You could try holding the spout up to his mouth, or put a dish of water in with him. He can get water from fruit and veg, but he should still be drinking. As always, consult your vet if you're concerned. Hth xx.
