That's better than anything I could make lol x

Lol... daughter has just walked in and said " no way are they going on my cake... but I can tell who they are " ........

I'm impressed at you attempt. An A+ for effort for sure, and your daughters reaction made me giggle.

Way better than anything I could have made.....And you made an aby and a smooth haired.......And your daughter recognised them. Result. Well done.

If that's the worst you've ever made you've nothing to worry about, they are better than I could do, I think they are lovely. If my daughter had said that about any of my efforts she'd be wearing the cake. Happy Birthday to your daughter.:cake:

They really are quite good.
I was waiting for another photo with the worst thing you made!

This year my daughter asked for a gymnast on her cake.
She quickly followed up with, 'don't worry Mummy, I know you could never make something like that. I've asked if I can borrow my friends Playmobile gymnast to put on the top of the cake'.

@Swissgreys I love your daughter's problem solving skills :lol!:

my son (9) said " Aww its Gladys and Pippin '........ i will show photos of the actual cake tomorrow.... nice and easy chocolate one ! if i had more time i would have probably made a guinea pig shaped cake..... but its hard as she doesnt eat buttercream !

Ooh, that looks delicious! The pigs are sweet! I did piggy cakes for my son this year. If I'm honest it was quite traumatic chopping them up!

It is my eldest' birthday today, he was 11. I did mint chocolate chip cupcakes today, he wants a piano shaped cake if he has his friends round over half term.
