Hi all i wanted to show you these photos so you can see how therapeutic pets can be. My daughter Megan is 14years old and has suffered from Epilepsy since she was seven months old. She is currently very hormonal which has brought her seizures on with an abundance. Her seizures are often brought on by stress and she finds it very helpful to spend time with our 2 indoor girls Calli and Bling (Calli is the more camera shy pig). She loves to brush them and let them eat from her hand x

Thanks, we have a house full of animals, 15 G.Pigs and 4 dogs, its therapeutic heaven lol.

Lovely Pictures, Piggies are amazing creatures, so peaceful and calming to be with..

Lovely pics!

Definitely therapeutic heaven! I love that hairband, too!

Meg's says thanks for all the comments, especially about the hairband, we got it from France. Megan is never without some kind of hair accessorie x

Definatley a good way to de-stress. My husband sits with them on his belly for ages, he says he loves to hear the noises that they make too.

I find my 3 piggles so therapeutic too, if I have a bad day which is quite often they do help to calm me down and cheer me up.

Gorgeous pigs you have and I would like to add that I have the same aero mug! :))

My doctor thinks that animals can sometimes be a better therapy than drugs or other less than pleasant things.

Lovely pictures :)
Your guinea pigs are cute and they seem very tame ^_^

I recognize the site your daughter is on, too. Poupee. At least I think its that one.

Lovely pics- if Megan ever runs out of piggies to stroke she's welcome down here- hardly likely though.

Are those the two girls that were quite shy when I was there- aren't they relaxed with Megan?

Megan seems like my kinda girl, a pink fleecey blanket and is that pink vetbed I spy in the cage next to her?! :(|)

piggles are really great for that :) my brothers got tourettes and autism so whenevers hes having a bad day he always gets the pigs out for cuddles and it calms him down :)
