I wish I had a picture of this, but I haven't... I still wanted to share the little anecdote with you.

My boys, Finlay and Frankkie were 'rehomed' last week to the front room where there's more room and OH doesn't get so allergic (more air). So every night, I make sure before I go to bed that they have hay and pellets. They are not fussy with their veg but they are with the dry food. They like their muesli (all of it) and they ADORE the EXCEL oregano and blackcurrant nuggets of which they have a bowlful every day.

Last night, I noticed that their hay was a bit low, so I replenished it. Usually, they run for it and demolish it straight away. However, that nigh, NOPE! they both sat in front of their nugget bowl, waiting expectantly...

They don't even need to talk to let me know what they want. How sweet!

jake doesn't talk either he'll just sit there & look at me till i move usual hay he wants he's got so bad with no talkin that he now tells oliver want he wants lol

at least its not just jake that does it

mind control by piggies :)p

Did you get one of these big stares as well?

Dizzy was a past master in the art of making it crystal clear to her daft human slaves what her wishes were!

Awww bless them, the excel oregano and blackcurrant it Rogers fave to :(|)

Africa runs to his water bottle and tuggs on it when its empty to say hey mother fill this thing up! I've no silent gimmiegimmies yet tho! lol I thought the bottle thing was quite intelligent tho =]

They usually wheek for their food (veggies) but I guess, they know, after hay come the nuggets...

They are quite bright... and ery fat as a consequence. Just been to tuck them in and check their supplies and they were both lying in the hay munching... Love them!

I love that, Adudrey! So funny! Martha and Freja knows all they have to do is lift their heads and show me lips for me to bring a twiw of parsley or two :). They've got us wrapped round their little... eh... I was gonna say fingers than thought tail and now thing their sausage shaped bodys ar most appropriate for human wrapping :)

They are so funny, Wilma sits staring at her food bowl, as if hoping it will refill it's self :))! x

They are clever piggies :)

My 2 boys have started getting really vocal with me, if they hear a bag rustling or us chopping things in the kitchen they think it must be for them and wheek like mad. I usually give them food and veggies before I go to bed so as soon as the TV goes off they start shouting to make sure I remember (like I could forget!) but occasionally if we're being rebels and staying up past 9pm! I'll put the bunnies to bed and feed the piggies a bit earlier. Yet they still shout when the TV goes off. They don't seem to realise that they have already had their tea! I am weak though so always have to get them a treat if they ask for it. I love being their waitress/chef/maid/cleaner/bum inspector :))

I think they are very aware they had there treat earlier they are just pushing there luck for seconds :))! Mine do it all the time, Fred is just thankful he gets fed, the girls oh no thats not good enough for them :)).

My lot don't get food on a set rota they get it when they get hence reducing on wheeking piggies waking me up in the morning demanding veggies so now they get it and they are happy, nice to keep them on their paws he he :))
