Hi and welcome to the forum.
If you haven't had your guineas for very long they are probably sorting out who is the dominant personality. If they are not actually fighting with loud teeth chattering and just are chasing each other and having a little bit of a squabble, then it's quite normal. Make sure they have two of everything (hidey holes, bowls, water bottles etc) and as much space as you can - guineas need as much space as you can give them and often have cabin fever in tiny cages.
Try looking at this page for normal dominance behaviour:
http://www.cavyspirit.com/sociallife.htm and it will describe what is normal and acceptable and what any danger signs are. If you see them actually fighting or have blood in the cage they will need to be separated and likely may need a trip to the vet to ensure no serious damage has been done.
If one is stopping the other from using a water bottle, eating or getting into or coming out of a hidey hole etc then you may have a bully on your hands which can often be eased with the space and two of everything way.
On a different matter, may I ask that when typing a post on here, we request that our members refrain from using text speak as it's very difficult for others to read (as per the Rules here:

Thank you
