Since Rocky's surgery in October he's lost about 100g. He eats very well and enjoys food. He has no diarrhoea. The vet checked teeth a few wheeks ago and said they are fine.
What about some extra feeds at night, say mushed up pellets and give him that as well or even try some good ole Metatone O0 O0
Darling Rocky we're sending you heaps of loves little guy :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
Yeah bit it might just perk it up a bit more.... :-\ worth a go....
LOL if you need some ask Debbie for it, she'll gladly give you some and then she wont have to take it ;D ;D ;D she hates taking it :
i wasn't here in october, so i have no idea what rocky's surgery was for, but our zoe had surgery and lost 200 grams in 2-3 months and now has an upset tummy. but she is stable at 900grams. we are feeding zoe hay and grass. our vet who is not piggy savy believes the illness, and surgery was very stressful for zoe and the medications took their toll on her tummy so the vet believes it will time for zoe's body to readjust especially hormone wise. if you are concerned about rocky why not try the critical care everyone talks about or talk to you vet if they are piggy savy. zoe had her reproductive organs removed due to cystic ovaries and a 20gram mass growing on the outside of her uterus, so our vet believes it will take a few months for zoe's hormones to settle down. really hoping little rocky picks up soon. sending hugs and kissing to you and rocky from us in oz. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
