Has any-one had to deal with this ...

Every so often Frank gets things stuck to his lower lip. It looks like he's dribbled and its hardened.
I've tried gently pulling it off, wetting it and trying to pull it off and previously I've left it and it has come off it's self.

It's right on the middle of the lower lip where it meets the fur. This latest bit stuck on has been on a few days now and wont budge

Any-one know if it's just food or could he have some sort of cut?

I managed to remove it by bathing him and while cuddled up I just kept wiping it.
Without sounding discusting it looked like a dried up piece of snot :^-

I will post pics next time

It happens to one of my pigs sometimes and nothing seems to come of it - it just falls off in it's own time. However, I believe that dropping food whilst eating can be a sign of dental issues so maybe just watch him to make sure he's eating OK.
