Think My gunieapig is not feeling herself

Hi all, my eldest gunieapig who is 2 and a half i could be worrying over nothing as i tend to ! she has a lump on the side of her chin and read in the book it could be a cyst or abscess but she is moving and eating and lets me pick her up for Reiki and cuddles. I have arranged for her to the earliest i can make the vets on Tuesday morning and giving her soft foods to eat, I had a tear today as i think she could be going over that rainbow but i think i'm being silly! and a dandelion stick as i hear there like antibiotics to a gunieapig.

Aw, sorry to hear this but the vet is the only person to give you a diagnosis - if it is a cyst, antibiotics should clear it up, some offer to remove it surgically but I'd wait and see how things go on Tuesday
Dandelions are a diuretic so piggy may wee more |)

An abscess can come up very quickly. Tuesday seems a bit long to wait. Is any pus coming out of it?

No it has been going up and down, I have noticed for a while and noticed a smallest amount of blood on the food i gave her earlier no other blood since, Unfortunately I can't drive anywhere , as i don't drive and my sister and mum are both at work that day, She's eating okay and drinking no pus as yet but i know what to do if it bursts over the weekend plenty of warm salt water cleaning it out three times a day much like us when we have ours done.

She is feeling better today and managed to cut her nails also! she is jumping around i think i was worring over nothing!
