Norm loves his hammock so much he sleeps in it and obviously loves the feel of the soft fleece as he rolls around in it, so now I am thinking when their new cage arrives I might just make their bed area fleece too, what do you think?

here he is

Seth hasn't mastered them yet!lol but Norm is often fast asleep in his!

Can I have part megazorb and fleece do you think?

I recently changed from carefresh to fleece for many reasons (dusty and kept tracking bits everywhere!) and I thought about having some sort of substrate (probably) finacard in the dining area and fleece elsewhere.

Mine really do seem to love the fleece as they just go to sleep where they stand sometimes, whereas they never did that on the carefresh. Also, pretty colours for you to look at!

We have 2 ferplast 120s attached, one is lined with fleece and one with wood shavings and carefresh!

It works really well actually as the wigs tend to pee in the sawdust side and not on the fleece. Only thing to consider is that you'll have to shake / sweep the fleece a LOT to get it off before the washing machine :)

As long as you brush / shake them, the mix of the two works really well :)! Looks like little Norm has got used to the luxury of cuddly fleece!

I have discovered some dogs and piggies prefer fabric!

My son's family recently replaced their fabric lounge with a leather one. Their dog, who previously always sprawled on the sofa, now refuses to use it, and finally lays in his plush doggy bed.

At floor time my piggy Hazelnut refuses to walk on my wood and tile floors (I have no carpets) so I have to lay down towels and he walks wherever there is a towel. When I used to use non-fabric bedding, the piggie boys would only relax inside their hideys where there was always some sort of fabric. So I switched to fabric bedding and now the boys go everywhere and sprawl eveywhere in their cage!
