New to this and don't have piggies yet, trying to get my head around everything first! I have a 5x2 CC cage and hope to rescue 2 pigs. I was going to go with fleece bedding but beginning to think it might be hard work as I read more about people getting sick of hair/hay etc sticking to it. So...before I shell out for fleece I though I would be best trying cheaper (initially) alternatives first and the best I could see so far is Fitch. Have seen so many mixed reviews of megazorb that I think I am put off that, what does everybody think. Is there anybody on here with advice about Fitch as bedding, and what should be the set up? Do I still put newspaper underneath, do I need puppy pads underneath, and can I put hay on top?
