Thinning Fur?!

Hey there.
4 weeks ago my 1 year old boy Flash became ill with gas. i took him to the vet he was treated for that and got better even gained some of the weight he lost. Then the vet gave him some multi vitamins. 8 drops per week, mixed with 1ml of water in a seringe.
Well this week I noticed that he is losing hair under his chin and back legs.

Tomorrow ill take him to the vets but does anyone knows what he has?

It's really difficult to say. My first thought would be a fungal issue which depending on the type can cause hair thinning. Vitamin deficiency is possible too but unlikely if he has been having the multivitamin. Does he have pellets as part of his diet?

He does eat pellets. I use Versele-laga complete cavia with Timothy hay and elderberry.. He eats them well..
