This litle man needs a name!

This is the piggy I got out of the horrible petshop. The one who had a poorly eye and was in a cage full (and I mean full) of piggies and rabbits!

He's settling in so well now, although he's still very scared. He loves to chat through the bars to Goggles and Star!

All he needs now is a name. It needs to be a very special name as he's such a special boy. I'm really struggling at the moment. I've had a few thoughts but none of them seem quite right.

Please can you all help me, and come up with some suggestions?

I personally think Gio is such a lovely name (short for Giovani). It really does suit him I think! What do you all think?
 
Haha Ron I like it! Gio is nice as well (missed that posting!) I love unusual names and I'm very much into fantasy and sci fi so from now on I try and give the pigs unusual names my new girlies are Elora, Lyra and Leia not too way out but enough just to be a tad different. :)

Oh I like Elliot too...think I just had an ET moment! 8;)
 
He's a beauty Debbie. If we are looking at Latin names, how about Caesar or Nero, or somone equally grand? Zeus? Cupid? Mercury? Aries? Titan? Or some astronomical star names -Rigel, Altair, Alpha, Arcturus, Sirius, Hydra, Morpheus, Perseus, Antares, (pronounced On-Tar-eez), Taurus etc I'm sure I can come up with some more!

He has only just joined us - I'm not asking you call him Giovani Dos Santos - just asking that he is called Gio.

Awww Debbie he is gorgeous and you have done such a good job with him. How about something like Lucky or Star as in Lucky Star? I'm terrible with names though but I just wanted to say how gorgeous he is :rose
 
To me, he is called Gio and will ALWAYS be called that! You don't want to confuse the little guy by calling him something else!
 
I like the name Ziggy (not after Bowie for all those old enough) but after Ziggy in Lazytown which my 3 year old son is obsessed with.

Pixel too, Robbie, Sportacus, Milford.....................................:))
