I am planning on making looooads of cosy cups! :)) I've had quite a few PMs off peeps asking if i sell my cosies so I've decided to make a batch of them....I've got them all cut out, ready to sew tomorrow and they'll be ready to buy ready-made in the For Sale sections next week ! Yay! :))

I am making three of each of the patterns and colours below, apart from the white stars as that'll be a one off, but these are my colours so far - I think I'm in for a busy weekend, and a sewing machine that'll never speak to me again! :))

So from left to right from the front row:
Outside:White stars cotton, Inside: cream fleece. x1
Outside: Red stars cotton, Inside: dark green fleece x2
Outside: Tartan cotton, Inside: dark green fleece x 3

Left to right from second row:
Outside: Pink spring flowers fleece, Inside: cream fleece. x3
Outside: Dalmation spotted fleece, Inside: black fleece. x3
Outside: Blue gingham cotton, Inside: midnight blue fleece. x3

Third Row:
Outside: Pink gingham cotton, Inside: cream fleece. x3
Outside: Flower fleece, Inside: Havent decided! x3
Outside: Jungle Pattern cotton, Inside: dark green fleece. x3

As you can tell I'm going to be rather busy :o hehe! Oh and I have just found half a meter of green star cotton so I'll hem that too!

Do you think the colours go together well? What colour fleece do you think will go nicely with the flower fleece? I cant decide between black, midnight blue, cream or red!

I love red too, and thank you, I think it's a deffos for the red it'll go lovely with the flowers! :))
 
Oooh can't wait to see them when they are done. Really nice patterns and fabric combinations too. Seeing as I've just been paid, I can see me buying at least one!

Hehehe me too! I really love making stuff for the piggies x) Was thinking of asking £5 per a cosy :)) my OH keeps asking for a human sized one!

I wish I was good at sewing but I'm so not. Probably just need more practice. Ooh, that's pretty cheap then! Once they're done, I'll send you a PM. I want a human size one too! Piggies always look so comfy in them, so I reckon it would be well comfy to curl up in one.

Hehe i was taught sewing my my nana, my future mother-in-law has taught me the basics of sewing machines but i cant do anything fabulous atm would love to though! And yeah i think practice is the way to go! :) Aww thank you ill put one aside for you, and awww i know they have such an easy life! :(|)
 
Awwwww x) Lol! My OH thinks i should put an instuction manuel for piggies in with the cosie as my boys cannot quite understand the purpose of cosies, they either they lay with their head in it, or they flick it up and use it as a tent! :))

My mum tried to teach me to sew, but she's left handed and I'm right handed, so it wasn't the easiest thing. I can do the basics but nothing fancy. My OH's grandma has taught me how to knit a little bit and a bit on the sewing machine. I'll get round to properly learning eventually.

Thank you! I'll probably get two, don't want one set of my boys getting jealous because the others have a new bed! Lol. I'd like a tartan one and I jungle pattern one if that's ok? Once they are ready, let me know and I'll PM you so we can sort out payment and stuff. :) My boys are so spoilt.
 
I'd like jungle and flower fleece if you have them. Really need to get a sawing machine, x
 
Morning folks, I have made five up, but they wont be for sale till Wednesday is that okay? I broke my bobbin winder last night :S and I'm going to pinch my mother in laws while its being fixed sorry i was expecting to get them all done by today....remind me not to sew without my glasses and at half nine at night! :)) Will reserve cosies that you have all asked for, dalmations ones are ready made,Sorry again, will be finishing the right off tonight and tomorrow! :) Laura x
 
Cat&Piggies, have reserved yours, Doglovingpiggielover have reserved yours (lol i made the fleecey ones first), and EmJ have put yours aside too, as well as Wiekbes and herberts mum :) Will email you all on tuesday night with the completed cosies! :))
