Thistle Cavies, help!

I wanted to get a knitted guinea pig from them, and emailed them, as I want one that has special markings.

Got a reply, saying to send them some photos of the piggy in question.

Did that, email returned to me gave me a whole load of error messages, and obviously didnt send it.

I sent them an email without any attachments, asking if they could receive it, the email bounced aswell and came back with lots of error messages!

Does anyone have the same problem contacting them, or is it just me? is anyone on here who has contact with Thistle Cavies Rescue and could I email them, and they could forward my message to TCR?

I have had errors before when trying to email Thistle Cavies. It first occurred when I emailed 2 pictures at once. After receiving the failure notice I tried just one & received the same message. An error listing something going wrong in London. Very odd. I tried a few hours later with the initial 2 picture email & it got through. I'm not sure why it happens. It's not a constant thing. Just thought I would let you know you are not alone.
