We have loads of these mits the boys love them as a cuddle spot I'd never thought to put ice in them

I use one to put their veg in and noticed they'd be a perfect size to put a frozen tub in so I tired it, it worked so I went and bought 2 more.
Not buying one to dust though

Works really well. Thankfully the girls are in a north facing room so they're pretty cool but I've put one in anyway. They've ignored it upto now but at least it's there if they need it.

Dusting? What's that? 
I used a plastic jar half filled with water as an ice pack today. A spare snuggle sack over the top like a hat made a convenient cover - and had the advantage of already smelling like them

That's great idea, have they used it? The girls have ignored theirs upto now but the room is pretty cool they're in so they must be OK.
