My beautiful boar is very unwell. His lung condition seems to have taken a turn for the worst. He's had pain killers, critical care and been in his nebuliser last night and this morning.
His breathing sounds like gentle snoring. He is struggling a lot.
We're booked in at the vets at 4:10. Please send us healing vibes.

Just caught up with this thread @Kallasia. Sorry to hear that little Binks is not his best! How did you get on a the vet?

Hi everyone, thank you very much for all the positive wishes. We have only just got home (I only live ten mins from the vet!). It was a long appointment. Binky is very unwell. As you know, he suffers from a chronic lung condition. Well, he's now got a severe infection in his lungs.
He's struggling with his breathing.
The vet has said he needs to be in the nebuliser daily for the forseeable future. He's on 1ml of zithromax daily and up to 1.4ml metacam thrice daily.

Please keep sending us positive vibes. I really want him to beat this. I'm not ready for him to go! :'(
 
Lots of love and prayers for Binky. How is he with the nebuliser? Poor little soul. It must be quite a worry for you too. Hope lovely wonderful Errol helps care for him.

Wishing you and Binks all the best for his recovery. You couldn't do more for him than you've all ready tried. x
 
well thanks for the up date and I'm so pls he's still with us. You know and we all do that's it's a small narrow line that we/ you need to keep him on to carry on.
I'm not wanting to be negative but if he's ok and not in pain then brill.
I as you fight like hell to keep my loved ones alive and you are.

Poor Binky! Stay strong sweet guy and fight hard. You are very loved by your Mum, and we are sending our love to you from here too. Hope you both are doing okay right now. :hug:x
