Thoughts on using these as hideys

I have seen some people on Instagram using these IKEA boxes for hideys (with one of the fronts removed upside down) they are made from pine though so does that make them not suitable? Pepper keeps flipping Over the carrot cottage and cardboard box and I feel bad as it’s Pringle who likes to sit in them! My back up is the large willow bridge!

as long as it's kiln dried pine in a well ventilated room it should be fine

I don’t think Ikea are very specific about if it’s Kiln dried or not is there any way I would know?
