Thunder

Kelly and I were having a text conversation about thunder and guineas - we had a huge thunderstorm in Bath tonight. kelly says she has to leave music on for hers, but mine didn't seem too bothered, until Rocky started shouting!

How do other guineas cope with thunder?

Zubin hides and Rudi would rumble lol havent dealt with Harry yet but the storm is heading our way so we shall see, i usually leave a light on and then shut my window nad door so its muffled lol he was odd! our bunnies are in the shed and they arnt bothered probably because they where born about three days before a HUGE storm so they are well used to it!

no thunder here on the Isle of wight yet, but if we do get it its quite spectacular because it follows the sea all round the island,
hope my piggys are not affected

My lot don't bother with it. They don't bother with fireworks either.

My guys really hate fireworks, at least they always did!

Mine aren't too fussed at fireworks, but I put the radio on for them anyway!

Gosh the thunder was bad in Hampshire last night. My piggies were fine even though they were in the garage.

Michelle surprised you didnt get any?

I guess I have never really thought about it or noticed what my piggie does when it thunders which can be about any day being in Michigan in the US. We have weird weather here and you never know what to expect. Our weather forcasters are wrong a good portion of the day. I guess I'll have to see what he thinks the next time that it thunders outside.
